Nick

Nick began his journey in 2012, helping pioneer the use of figurative sculpture as artificial reef structures. Over the last 13 years, he's helped design, fabricate and install over 2,000 underwater sculptures across 14 international projects. Nick is passionate about stakeholder engagement and unlocking long-term value from ocean resources.

The Engineer of Life

Luis

Luis was one of the first marine specialists to join the collective. He's delivered projects across the globe - from the Bahamas to Bali - and is constantly researching new techniques to enhance ecological outcomes. A brilliant engineer and field operator, Luis ensures every installation is both robust and regenerative.

The Creative Amplifier

Tony

Tony supports both the creative and fabrication teams, bringing 30 years of media and advertising experience to ensure our projects have visibility and resonance. He works to ensure our installations not only succeed underwater, but on land - where community engagement, branding and storytelling begin.

Cherie
The Maker of Magic

Cherie

A master mould maker and creative lead, Cherie brings more than 12 years' experience to the team. She leads local fabrication and community engagement efforts, designing art workshops and education programs that connect communities with their oceans through creativity and craft.

Murray
The Master Orchestrator

Murray

Part creative, part CAD wizard, part logistics ninja - Murray brings structure to creativity. He manages stakeholder relationships, delivery schedules, budgets and production plans. Whether smoothing logistics or smoothing egos, Murray ensures every moving part clicks into place.

Mike
The Structural Sage

Mike

Mike is a highly experienced architect and project manager who brings over 20 years of construction delivery know-how to the team. He supports client relationships, site logistics and execution planning - ensuring big ideas are translated into achievable, well-managed projects.

Lexi
The Connector

Lexi

Lexi is our marketing, communications and operations guru. With two decades of experience, she leads all content creation, brand storytelling and public-facing communications, while also supporting the complex logistical realities of managing international projects with many moving parts.

Frankie
The Metal Maestro

Frankie

Frankie is our resident metal artist and lead sculptor, with 13 years of experience in large-scale fabrication and fine detail work. She supports both our mould-making and creative production teams with her expert hands and an eye for form, texture and impact.

Ramon
The Soul of the Studio

Ramon

Ramon is a sculptor, artist and master mould maker with a calm presence and a constant smile. A dedicated member of the team he brings a quiet strength and deep craftsmanship to everything he touches. Working within the design team, Ramon helps bring sculptures to life with sensitivity, precision and passion.

George
The Hands and Heart

George

With more than five years of fabrication experience, George is a vital member of our install and sculpture production teams. He's known for his calm under pressure and ability to turn raw materials into precise underwater forms that endure.

We train and mentor young creatives, local craftspeople and future ocean stewards on every project - sharing skills, knowledge and purpose.
